You may use the Service to generate and publish content (such as blog posts) on your Wix site. You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes;

  • Review and approve any content before publication;

  • Not use the Service to create or distribute harmful, illegal, misleading, or infringing content.

2. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party APIs:

  • Pexels API to retrieve royalty-free images;

  • Gemini 2.0 by Google to generate text content.

By using our Service, you also agree to comply with Pexels’ Terms of Service and Google’s Terms for Generative AI.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party APIs.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions and payments are handled through the Wix App Market. By subscribing, you agree to Wix’s payment terms. We do not store or process your payment details directly.

4. Token Reset Policy

Our Service operates on a token-based system for generating content. Token limits are refreshed daily at 12:00 AM UTC. Any unused tokens do not roll over to the next day. It is your responsibility to manage your daily token usage accordingly.

5. Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the Service, platform, and technology. You retain ownership of the content you generate using the Service. By using the platform, you grant us a limited right to process content for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service and all generated content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, or SEO performance of any generated content.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 6 months of using the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or any misuse of the platform.
